Today was an off day but I have the option of cross training by biking, lifting or doing something else somewhat physical. I really need to start doing something else on Wednesdays and Fridays but my bed was calling me today. My plan for cross training today is mowing the yard tonight. It's exercise right?
Just 3 miles in the morning. Would love to show some progress on these 3 mile runs as far as time goes. On a side note I said 'just 3 miles tomorrow' and I meant it...weird right? Only 3 miles. Perception is awesome.
