So, so cold. The schedule called for an off day but since I haven't ran in a few days I decided to brave the cold.

My lungs hurt...so hard to breathe. I didn't wear my muffler and I felt it...tomorrow will be better. Colder but better. 2 miles very slowly. 3 tomorrow. Not sure if I will run in the morning or after work...depends how Game 5 goes.
