Even though it's still over 3 weeks away I'm already getting nervous. Every soreness immediately jumps to the front of my head...what was that? The last thing that I want to happen after 5
flippin' months of training is a
booboo that keeps me from being able to run in the 1/2 marathon. That being said I still have to keep running so my body doesn't freak out at the run.
Anywho...what to do what to do. Keep on
