Today felt pretty damn good. Ran it in 32:52 but actually felt like I did better. I've developed this bad habit of stopping and stretching while running which hurts my times. My legs always feel better after the run but I wish I hadn't developed that habit. Oh well. Despite the stop to stretch I feel like today was a good run. 4 miles tomorrow. Hopefully I won't have to stop to stretch.
