Haven't had much to say lately...I have just been running slowly. Hit all my distance goals last week so this week I am bumping it up. Here is the plan:
Monday: 3
Tuesday: 4
Wednesday: Crosstrain
Thursday: 3
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 7
This will get me to where I was a month ago before I had to take some time off with the knee suck and all. The weather had been amazing for the past few days and is expected to remain that way for this entire week so that's good news...otherwise not a whole lot going on. Run hard.
