Busy bee. Not a lot knew. Haven't ran since last Sunday. I'm going to do 3 0r 4 tonight depending how the legs feel. I'm thinking 2 maintenance runs a week through the winter and then hit the bike the other 3 days...but I'm not sure if that's enough running. I don't want to lose what little speed I have...not sure if that's possible unless I start running backwards. Otherwise not a whole helluva a lot going on...

All you need is 3 days a week ;-) As long as they are quality runs (no junk miles) you're good to go ;-)
